Like many websites, we collect and use third party services to collect information about you when you visit our website. This information may include, but may not be limited to, your IP address, your internet service provider, details of your web browser, information about your computing device, the times when you access our website, how you use our website, pages from which you navigate to our website, pages to which you navigate from our website, your demographic information, your approximate geographic location, and other information. Like many websites, we may use cookies and web beacons to collect information about you. Like many websites, we use Google Analytics to collect information about use of this site. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit this site, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other sites they used prior to coming to this site. We use the information we get from Google Analytics to improve this site and our services. Google Analytics collects the IP address assigned to you on the date you visit this site, rather than your name or other identifying information. We do not combine the information collected through the use of Google Analytics with personally identifiable information. Although Google Analytics plants a permanent cookie on your web browser to identify you as a unique user the next time you visit this site, the cookie cannot be used by anyone but Google. Google’s ability to use and share information collected by Google Analytics about your visits to this site is restricted by the Google Analytics Terms of Use and the Google Privacy Policy.

We may use DoubleClick’s remarketing pixels, remarketing with Google AdWords, remarketing with Google Analytics, and/or Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting to advertise online to people who have previously visited our site or seen or interacted with our advertising. These systems use cookies as you browse, which give you an opportunity to revisit this site via advertising. Third-party vendors, including Google, show our ads on sites across the Internet, using cookies to serve ads based on your past visits to our website and/or other factors. If you have chosen to enable Google to associate your web and app browsing history with your Google account and to use information from your Google account to personalize ads, you may see our ads based on your past visits to our website.

You can prevent Google and DoubleClick from recognizing you on return visits to this site by disabling cookies on your browser or by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page.

We may provide you with quotes for services offered by our partners. By requesting such quotes, you warrant that you are a bona fide authorized representative of a business in the United States that is planning to accept credit cards and/or debit cards from its customers. In order to save or select such quotes, we may require that you provide us with additional information, including, but not limited to, your name, email address, phone number, address, and information about the business you represent. You warrant that all such information you provide to us is valid, accurate, and verifiable.

If you represent a service provider, we may provide you with the ability to manage information about such service provider. We may collect additional information about you and/or the service provider you represent.

If you select a quote, you further authorize us to share information we collect from you with the service provider offering whichever quote you may select. Such service provider may then use such information according to their privacy practices. You agree that Copperly is not responsible for such privacy practices.

We will not sell or rent any of your personal information to third parties in the normal course of doing business. We will not share information that personally identifies you or that identifies a business you represent unless and until you choose a specific quote, at which point we may share such information with the service provider offering that quote.

We may share your information with third parties who assist with our business operations. We may share your information with law enforcement, government officials, or other third parties when (1) we are compelled to do so by subpoena, court order, or similar legal procedures, (2) we need to do so to comply with law, or (3) we believe in good faith that the disclosure of information is necessary to prevent physical harm or financial loss, to report suspected illegal activity, or to investigate potential violations of any agreements executed with Copperly. We may disclose any information with your consent or direction to do so.

Like many websites, Copperly follows generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information provided to us. While we strive to use commercially viable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its security.

Should Copperly be involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or other relevant business transaction, ownership of the information we have collected about you may be transferred to another legal entity. You will be notified of any such change in ownership by email to the email address you provided to us, if any, at least 30 days prior to such change.

As part of any promotional communications we may send you, we will provide you with the ability to opt-out of such communications. We may not provide you with the ability to opt-out of communications directly related to the fulfillment of services we provide to you.

We do not knowingly seek or collect information from users under the age of 13. Children under 13 years old are not allowed to create an account.
